Welcome
all new MLIS students and those returning from Co-op!
SLA had its first meeting yesterday (meetings will be held every Thurs @ 4:30pm, NCB Room 266) and
we discussed our upcoming activities and tours planned for the fall.
It was great to meet some of the new
members and we have two new executives on board! Thank you both to Anita, new Special Events
Coordinator, and Brittany, First-Term Representative, for taking on the roles! We’re looking forward to seeing more new
faces at the next meeting, hearing more about your interests and what you
would like to learn about in special libraries...
